Indicted
Jessica was indicted on March 9.The meth with intent was changed to heroin with intent.The stalking charge was dropped.The DA said she is going for murder all the way to trial.There will be no reduced charge.So its all or nothing for her and the state.My in source says it could go either way.I've also been told from a different reliable source let the new guy is about to call it quits. So watch out all ex's she'll be calling.
