Evil monster

Anyone that knows Jessica Diane Eubanks are has dealt with her I just tried to help her in any way shape form or fashion knows that she is nothing but a user. She's hate-filled and evil and use her body is a tool she has never loved anyone in her entire life including the six kids that she has lost custody
dy of
I I would like to point out that this blog was created before her arrest, and should not reflect on her guilt or innocence but I stand by the fact it she's a user a liar a cheater a thief and she does not care who she hurts, do not try to blame the drugs because she's the same way sober. I've noticed that there are some people commenting on who to blame for Jessica's behavior, let me make something very clear here, The only information that you have about each other is what she told you. She was telling me things about the men in her life and telling them the same things about me. So Truth she blamed you for her being on meth, she said she started using to lose weight because you gave her a hard time about being fat. Pahrump she said you and your father raped her. Now was she lying about you, if she was then isn't safe to assume that she was lying about other people. Quit trying to put the blame on other people and not taking responsibility for your roll in her insanity.

  2. For all who are interested, she was arrested today and charged with the following crimes in Forsyth County:
MURDER - NON FAMILY WITH OTHER WEAPON - F
POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE - F
FAMILY VIOLENCE: VIOLATION OF TPO, RESTRAINING ORDER, PROTEC

I fervently hope that all of the charges stick, but even if they don't, the arrest and charge is itself a small victory for her victim. We miss you Amy.

Now I don't know what you've been told by Jessica but the truth is I was never anything but good to her she had to run me down to make herself look good for leaving me in the situation that she did. So let's hear it I want to know how I'm a piece of s*** I believe is what you said about me

    1. No one ever held a gun to her head to make her do drugs. She blames everyone else for the things she does as far as I know she has never taken responsibility for anything. It's always someone else's fault the reason she is the way she is because people like you just let her get away with it. And now she been called to the carpet she's not guilty of murder however she gotten away with so much for so long. I know if two men it went to prison for drugs that belong to her trying to do the right thing and in both cases she totally abandon them so she's a wonderful person

    5. "Amy's alcoholic brother", as you put it, did not ever buy illegal drugs for anyone especially Jessica. And there's no evidence to suggest that he did. In fact, he sent Jessica to a year of rehab in an attempt to help her with her substance abuse problem. As soon as she got out of rehab and was pretending to be a new woman, she went out of her way to trick acquaintances into driving her to buy drugs because she knew that she'd be out of the house if he found out that she was using. Furthermore, Shawn didn't let drug addicts stay in the house, Jessica had her own cohorts over when he was away. What you have to say here is a complete and utter inversion of what happened, and I'm struggling to find the words to describe how ridiculous your version of events actually is. Shawn is guilty of misjudging Jessica's character, but a lot of people were, and that doesn't make him culpable for murder even 0.1%.

    7. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! That's rich. So in your version of events, a relativistic heroin addict leaves a big ol bag of heroin out on the table, and Amy just walked by and thought it was candy, and Jessica let her take some or just wasn't keeping an eye on her own drugs. You have a healthy imagination. Let me tell you what really happened. Jessica intentionally gave Amy Heroin. I won't speculate on her motives, but I'm sure most people could imagine several possibilities. As far as "lies and half-truths" being no better than Jessica, lies and half truths do not a murderer make, so that's bullshit. Regarding involuntary manslaughter, no. Even if it was accidental ingestion (which appears to me to be highly unlikely) it's always a murder charge when the drug involved is a felony to possess.

    9. Hahaha I Know Who You Are and you ain't nothing but a junkie yourself you done drugs with her. Go ahead and lay the blame on everybody else but Jessica that's what she's been doing her whole life. Willits time for her to pay the price for all those people she's f***** over, stolen from, lied to, cheated on, giving an std to. Now she has now she has to pay for abandoning her six children and for worrying her poor parents to death. Now she has to pay for all those people that she's used as far as all her exes being POS that's quite a coincidence. So either way she's going to spend the next 15 years in prison because she's going to have people lined up around the block to testify against her poor poor Jessica everybody picks on her everybody's mean to her and nobody loves her

  4. Rehab,smehab...doesn't matter who sent her or how long she stayed, it didn't work and now somebody is dead because of her. Doesn't matter who's dope either. The real question here is why would anyone in their right mind leave anyone in her care? We all know she had 5 or 6 children, custody of none. I repeat... custody of none.

    1. Trusting Jessica was a mistake, I don't think anyone involved would challenge that statement. But misjudging someone's character does not equal criminal behavior. Bringing felony drugs into a house which leads to a fatal overdose does though.

      Delete
    2. You claim to be using your head and not your heart to form your opinions, and yet in the very same paragraph you said "I believe in my heart that Jessica will also." So which is it? Are you using your head or some other part of your body to do your thinking? Your statements are internally inconsistent, and you can barely string together sentences at a 3rd grade level. Why SHOULDN'T those facts be tools of measurement for the veracity of your other opinions? For one thing, involuntary manslaughter is off the table because it's always a murder charge when the instrument of death is a felony to possess. That's the way the law is. Reckless endangerment for Shawn is absurd as well, because the consequences that occurred have to be foreseeable consequences, and Jessica's drug use spilling over to Amy inside the house in this way was not foreseeable. And if you disagree with that you're also saying that you were not surprised that Amy wound up dead from a heroine overdose. If so, I'd love to have your crystal ball because I think it would've taken some uncanny foresight to see this coming.

    3. Oh make no mistake, my best argument is the absurdity of your statement that Jessica may have left her heroin out for Amy to pick it up and eat it thinking that it was food. But your other forms of stupidity and lack of education are worth keeping in mind as well when evaluating anything else you have to say.

    6. Super secret: Heroin isn't food. And if you're suggesting that she may have eaten drugs by mistaking them for food, I find that very far fetched. To my knowledge she had no history whatsoever of doing anything like that. She had a history of overeating, not of getting into alcohol or tobacco or drugs or swallowing non-food items. So it would've been out of character for her to eat something without knowing what it was, and without knowing that it was edible. I didn't think I'd have to explain how addicts behave with drugs, but here we are. If there's one thing that drug addicts are hyper-protective about it's their drug stash. It's an obsession. It's life and death to them. A druggie is not going to misplace their drugs or leave them out in a visible place unsupervised. Not just to prevent losing it, but also to avoid being caught with it, they know where it is at all times and keep it well-hidden except while they're consuming. So while it wouldn't be a violation of the laws of physics for either of these things to occur, the PROBABILITY of them both occurring, knowing what I know about drug addict behavior and about Amy's behavior, strikes me as very remote at best.

As far as "I don't have to put people down to get my point across." Is it not putting Shawn down to suggest that he may be guilty of reckless endangerment?: "quite possibly reckless endangerment for Shawn" The man did everything he could to help Jessica conquer her addiction because he loved her, and he upended his life in order to care for his sister whom he also loved dearly, like a daughter. It's very callous and insulting for you to suggest that he willfully disregarded a foreseeable danger to Amy. This was not foreseeable, not by a long shot.

  5. Actually, I don't think she is such a young cute thing. I think she is a pathetic piece of shit, shell of a person and probably a murderer. A junkie with an addiction such as hers would never leave her dope open and unattended. Getting rid of Amy would give her free run of her drug den, release her of the responsibility of supposedly careing for her and now make her the center of Shawn's attention. And I for one, can not wait until the trial. She is indeed a lieing, manipulative, selfish, evil narcissistic demon. She is not possessed, she IS the devil incarnate.

    1. That's possible. Or she may have just given heroin to Amy in order to test it. Heroin is apparently extremely dangerous today, even in minuscule doses sometimes, due to the frequency of lethal fentanyl inclusions. As an addict Jessica would've known that and might've thought that Amy's weight would be more likely to protect her from a lethal outcome if it was indeed a bad batch. Here's some excellent information that makes this motive seem the most likely to me:

  6. Not meant as a comedy for your entertainment. If you are not familiar with the situation, how did you stumble across this blog? This evil monster has paved a path of destruction through many, many lives starting with the 6 children that she has abandoned, and now someone else's child is dead because of her. Nothing funny here.

  7. Please stop referencing the children she didn't have custody of. You do not know all the facts regarding any of them. They are innocents and minors. They should be left out of everyone's thoughts, comments (written/verbal) and is no one's business. You want to go at Jessica? That's your prerogative but leave innocent lives out of this blog. It is wrong and disgusting. One day they may read this blog and possibly others they interact with in school, clubs, church, etc. I would hate for this blog to be cause for any harm to befall them or be responsible fordamage to their person- mentally, physically or emotionally. So stop it now and I BEG AND PLEA to the blog keeper to delete any comments referencing children.

    1. You are out of your fucking mind.#1 I haven't used since the last time I saw her.#2 she had been using for 2 years before i met her.that was in August,#3 As Fat Jerry using heroin, well if you believe that than your the gullible one and even dumber than Captain Nintendo. As far as anyone being an enabler she is a grown ass woman. In fact she was my connection for years.she broke 6 years and then 4 years of my sobriety. You seem to know a lot about her and yet you know nothing about her.If you know her as good as you do though you obviously have used with her.So tell what you did to try to help her.You think you have it all figured out, well your right about one thing.A lot of dirt will be coming out if this thing goes to trial(It won't).Its obvious now that you were the dumb ass that attacked me before but yet you've never met me.So let me set the record straight on that comment.Stalking and obsessed? What a joke.I have not had 1 security alert from Google since the day she was arrested. Before that it was happening every other day.Hmm And it has taken me 3 years to get all my email accounts straight because of her hacking
Do you know why we stopped talking? If you think you do I'd love to hear it. Yes I was gullible and so was everyone else but you may very well be the worst because you still believe her.

    2. Guilty of what? Trying to help someone?what role have you played? You've obviously never met me. all you know about me is what she's told you. you're calling us sick and crazy. It sounds to me like you might be doing some drugs yourself. Maybe you were the one that was over there that night. I don't know anything about the guy and the $4,500 but if that's all she got him for you should consider himself lucky. And as far as being an enabler sounds like you may be the king or queen of enablers because you're still blaming other people for what she does and how she acts. Either way she can't hurt anybody for a long long time and as far as moving on is concerned I personally can't do that until after her trial if it goes that far
